SERVICE
Floraculture provides lawn and gardening maintenance and tree work, servicing the areas of Asquith and the Upper North Shore. We also cater for Kariong and the Peninsula, Central Coast.
ORDERS
We will endeavor to match order as close as possible; flowers may be substituted of equal or higher value in the event of supply difficulties.
FLOWER DELIVERY
Floraculture flower studio delivery Monday to Saturday.
If the recipient is not at home to receive your gift, we will execute our discretion to determine if it is safe to be left at the front door or somewhere locatable. In the event we are unable to leave the gift in a safe location the items will be returned to the shop where we will get in touch with either the recipient or yourself to organise re-delivery dates and times. Re-deliveries will incur extra charges.

To ensure safe delivery of any gifts, we recommend including the recipient's phone number so we may get in touch in the event they are unavailable.

We will not be made liable for delivery issues regarding incorrect address.
RETURN POLICY
Design will gladly be replaced for another design of same value, if damaged upon arrival.
No refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sorry.
CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations; including workshops occurring at least 24 hours delivery date and time, Floraculture can refund the total amount. However, cancellations placed after this period will not receive a refund as the product may have already been prepared, constructed, cut or designed.
